My item arrived damaged - What should I do?
We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it may occasionally happen that an item is damaged during transport. If this is the case, we will cover the cost of returning the defective item. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the package and include a photo of the defective item.
Once we receive the message and photo, we will inspect the defective item. If it is indeed defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make sure that you receive flawless products.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can track the status of your delivery (please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update).
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. During this time your products are carefully packed and prepared for shipment. We do our best to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
How are my items shipped?
We carefully hand-pack your order, and delivery is handled by the Swiss Post. Swiss Post guarantees that your items will be delivered to your doorstep in perfect condition. If, however, something goes wrong, please contact us immediately.
What means of payment are accepted?
We accept a variety of popular payment methods, including credit cards, Postcard, PayPal and Twint.
Can I make any changes to my order after it has been placed?
To ensure that we provide you with the optimal service at VBEAUTY, we begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
How can I redeem a coupon or promo code?
During the payment process, you can enter promo codes and coupon codes. Please note that promo codes have an expiration date, and if you have two valid codes, you must choose one as your favorite, as only one can be used at a time.
Are VBEAUTY products developed without animal testing and manufactured in an environmentally friendly manner?
